The technical support service of Qlik products is operated by a highly-qualified team of professionals, who have all the international certifications required by the headquarters and more than 14 years of hands-on experience with the products.

1. The process starts when your request is registered on our Support Portal, where we will have a written interaction to deal with the issue effectively.

2. If necessary, our technicians will contact you by phone and/or any other remote connection to evaluate the issue and solve it at once, if possible.

Professionals officially certified as Qlik Products Administrators by Qlik Technologies, Global Headquarters.


Our team is headed by the CTO, who has more than 20 years of experience in software technology; 4 technicians with up to ten years of experience in Qlik platforms; and more than 70 Qlik consultants, who collaborate with their expertise in multiple sectors and projects.
